The Process

1. Pre-Shoot Brand Direction

We define your visual style, audience, and how the images will be used.

2. The Shoot

A relaxed, guided session with real-time feedback. This may include:

  • Portraits

  • Working/action shots

  • Detail imagery

  • Environmental setups

3. Gallery & Retouching

You’ll receive a private online gallery to select your final images, professionally retouched and ready for use.

  • No. Personal branding photography is designed for people who are promoting a business or service, not for agency submissions. The focus is on credibility, storytelling, and creating imagery that helps you attract clients, rather than simply updating a portfolio.

  • AI imagery can be useful for concepts or ideas, but personal branding relies on trust and authenticity. Your clients want to see you, your real work, and your real environment. All personal branding sessions are photographed with real people in real settings. Optional AI enhancements are available where appropriate, but they never replace the photography itself.

  • Yes. All personal branding sessions include commercial usage for self-promotion, including websites, social media, PR, and marketing materials. If you require usage for paid advertising or large-scale campaigns, this can be discussed separately.

  • Not at all. Most people I work with feel the same way. The session is guided throughout, with direction, feedback, and a relaxed pace to help you feel comfortable and natural. You don’t need modelling experience to get strong, professional results.

  • Before the shoot, we’ll discuss how the images will be used and what best represents your brand. This usually covers clothing, styling, tools of your trade, and location choices. You don’t need to over-prepare — clarity is more important than quantity.

  • Each package includes a set number of fully retouched final images, with a larger proof gallery provided so you can choose your favourites. Additional retouched images can always be added if you need more content.

  • Proof galleries are typically delivered shortly after the shoot, with final retouched images supplied once selections are made. Priority turnaround is available if you’re working to a deadline.

  • If you’re unsure, get in touch. I’m happy to advise based on how you plan to use the images, whether that’s a website refresh, social media content, or longer-term brand building.

  • Yes. I’m based in Liverpool and work with personal branding clients across the North West and the UK.

Personal Branding [Studio]

A focused studio-based personal branding session designed to create clean, professional imagery with purpose.

This option is ideal if you need strong portraits and controlled brand visuals for your website or social platforms.

The session includes up to two hours of shooting, brand consultation and planning, multiple looks or setups, a large proof gallery to choose from, and ten fully retouched images ready for commercial self-promotion.

Additional images can be added if required.

A more narrative-led session, photographed in your workspace or a relevant location to tell a fuller brand story. This option allows for a mix of portraits, working shots, and environmental details that help clients understand who you are and how you work.

The shoot runs for up to three hours and includes a larger proof gallery, with fifteen fully retouched images supplied for use across your website, social media, and marketing.

Half Day Brand Content

Designed for businesses or individuals looking for a complete refresh of their visual content.

This half-day session provides the flexibility to shoot multiple setups or locations and capture a wide range of imagery in one go.

It’s ideal for long-term content planning, website relaunches, or consistent social media use. You’ll receive twenty-five to thirty professionally retouched images, priority turnaround, and extended commercial usage.

Optional Add-Ons

AI-Enhanced Add-Ons (Optional)

AI is offered as a controlled enhancement to the creative process, never as a replacement for real photography. Its role is to support planning, presentation, and creative flexibility where appropriate. Any AI use is always disclosed and applied with brand integrity in mind.

AI Brand Concept Visuals (£95)

This option provides a small set of AI-generated concept images used to explore mood, styling, locations, or visual direction before the shoot.

These visuals are ideal for planning, pitching ideas, or aligning on a creative approach in advance, helping ensure the photography session is efficient and purposeful.

AI Background / Environment Enhancements (£50 per image)


Subtle AI-assisted background extensions or abstract brand environments can be applied to selected final images.

The subject remains entirely real photography, with AI used only to enhance or simplify surroundings where it adds value. This is particularly effective for clean studio looks or brand-colour environments that would be impractical to build physically.

AI Social Content Variations (£120)


Designed for clients who need flexibility across digital platforms, this option creates multiple AI-assisted variations from a single finished image. These variations are useful for testing layouts, banners, or social formats while maintaining a consistent visual identity. All outputs are clearly identified as AI-enhanced.

AI Brand Visual Pack (Standalone, from £195)


A separate, non-photographic service providing AI-generated visuals for concepts, moodboards, or early-stage campaign ideas. This option is not intended to replace real imagery and works best as a supporting tool for presentations, proposals, or visual exploration.
